Being actively listened to and heard was amazing. Not only by staff but other members of the group too. The care shown by all in being delicate around situations that could be triggering was great but

Some sections were quite lengthy with information, which I personally found tricky to absorb at some points. However, it was all good reminders and knowledge to have which did promote a different way of thinking

It is a lot better than it was when i was here in 2015.

I have had an ECG and bloods taken, I did feel listened to. I think the care is better than my previous admission.

Give it a good clean and decoration. Check cleaning fluids because i think i got a reaction.
